bbPress Coming Soon…

For the past few months, I have been using WordPress, blogging software, to manage web content on novelimage.com. I have been so impressed with the ease of use of the software and all of its features that I recently decided to migrate our content (previously posted on novelimage.net) from the Windows platform over to Linux platform. In the process, I switched web hosts. My former web host did not provide as much flexibility as my current web host. It was really painless to import old content that was formerly located at novelimage.net. As a matter of fact, I’ve enjoyed using WordPress so much that I am now considering setting aside some time to evaluate another solution from the same group that created it.
For over a year now, I’ve been using phpBB to allow users to post questions and comments in our support forums. However, I am now fighting an endless battle with spammers and other users who choose to post nothing but junk messages. So now I am faced with the task of exporting all the posts currently in phpBB into bbPress. In addition, I will also have to change the default theme so that it matches the theme that I am currently using with WordPress.
